Andulky.com is a free service for keeping budgerigar pedigrees. We aim for simplicity in what we know about you too: we collect only an e-mail address, solely to verify your identity when signing in.

1. Privacy Policy

What we process

E-mail address — received from Google or Facebook when you sign in. It serves only as a unique account identifier so the service recognises you regardless of which sign-in method you use. If the provider does not share it with us, we generate a substitute placeholder identifier.
Your chosen account name (your third-level address, e.g. yourname.andulky.com) — you pick it yourself; it need not relate to your real name.
Content you enter yourself — records of budgies, pairs, clutches and uploaded photos. That is data about birds, not about you.

What we do not process

We do not collect your first or last name, address, phone number or date of birth.
We use no analytics, marketing or advertising tools whatsoever.
We do not profile you and use no automated decision-making.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only — no analytics, no advertising. There are three of them:

sign-in (session) — this is what keeps you logged in. It contains no personal data, only a random token, is httpOnly and lasts 30 days;
two short-lived ones used during sign-in itself — one protects against request forgery, the other remembers where to return you afterwards. They last ten minutes and then expire on their own.

Signing in works by redirecting you to Google or Facebook. None of their scripts are loaded into our pages, so they leave no cookies here. Whatever they store on their own sites is governed by their policies.

Who we share data with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass data to third parties. The service runs on our own server; Cloudflare acts as the technical provider of HTTPS transport. Sign-in is handled by Google and Facebook — we only tell them that you are signing in to Andulky.com, and receive your identifier and e-mail from them.

Visibility of your profile

By default your aviary is private — only you can see it. If you enable “Public profile” in your profile settings, your address (e.g. yourname.andulky.com) becomes available to anyone in read-only mode. You can switch it back off at any time.

Deleting your account and all data

You can permanently delete your account and all data yourself at any time at andulky.com/#/delete-account. Once confirmed, all budgies, pairs, clutches, uploaded photos and the account itself are immediately removed from the database. No backups of your content are kept.

Alternatively, write to [email protected] and we will delete it without undue delay.

How long we keep data

For as long as the account exists. After deletion the data is removed immediately. The demo account (demo.andulky.com) is a public playground and is reset automatically every hour.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data. Access and rectification you can do yourself in the app, an export of your data is in your profile (the “Backup” button), and erasure via the link above. For anything else contact [email protected].

2. Terms of Service

The service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without any warranty of availability or freedom from defects. It is a project run in spare time.
You are responsible for your own data. We recommend keeping your own backups (the profile has a “Backup” button for JSON export).
Content you upload remains yours. You grant us only the right to display it within the service — and, if you enable a public profile, to display it to visitors as well.
Please do not upload unlawful content, other people’s photographs without permission, or personal data of other individuals. Accounts breaching this may be terminated.
Do not abuse the service by automated load on the server or attempts to disrupt its operation or other users’ privacy.
The operator is not liable for any loss of data or damage arising from use of the service. Breeding and genetic outputs are an indicative aid, not professional advice.
We may change or discontinue the service at any time; we will try to announce significant changes on this page in advance.

3. Changes to these policies

The current version is always at this address. The date of the last change is in the header.
